Oxygen Property was established in 2006 by Adrian Gurney and Graeme Jeffs after more than 3 decades of experience in the real Estate industry. Joe Cirkovic joined the team in 2009 bringing 13 years of specifically new home design and construction experience.

Our property management division is headed by Director Heather Gurney who has over 10 years of property management experience.

Note: we only manage our clients properties to ensure their asset is looked after and enable them to get back into the game sooner ... we do not chase external management listings.

Being property investors ourselves, we were constantly approached by friends to teach the “How To” and over time the presentations in lounge rooms became presentations in board rooms and function centres.

We have many alliance partners such as mortgage brokers, accountants, insurance, solicitors and even financial planners who work with us and assist our clients and in turn refer their own clients to us.

We often find clients require assistance from the above professionals before they can even consider purchasing a property.

Having the correct finance structure is an obvious must and we encourage clients to ascertain what the major banks are willing to lend for investment purposes.
